Niniejsze skonsolidowane sprawozdanie finansowe zostało sporządzone według Międzynarodowych Standardów Sprawozdawczości Finansowej (MSSF), w kształcie zatwierdzonym przez Unię Europejską (UE).

W Spółce obowiązywał do tej pory rok obrotowy rozpoczynający się dnia 1 lipca i kończący 30 czerwca. Z uwagi na fakt, że spółki grupy AB wdrożyły prowadzenie inwentaryzacji ciągłej, z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych rozwiązań elektronicznych, utraciły znaczenie przesłanki uzasadniające ustalenie roku obrotowego na okres lipiec-czerwiec od 2006 roku, tj. prowadzenie inwentaryzacji zapasów w okresie dnia bilansowego w czerwcu, zamiast w innych okresach, w których kolidowałoby to z bieżącą działalnością operacyjną Spółki.
