ograniczonym stopniu finansuje swoją działalność wykorzystując instrumenty o
charakterze zabezpieczonym, tym niemniej na podstawie istniejących zapisów w
umowach potencjalna maksymalna kwota dodatkowego zabezpieczenia z tytułu w/w
instrumentów w przypadku obniżki ratingu o trzy poziomy wyniosłaby 45 mln zł.
Jednocześnie należy podkreślić, że w/w potencjalne zobowiązanie nie ma
charakteru bezwarunkowego i jego ostateczna wysokość byłaby zależna od wyniku
negocjacji pomiędzy Bankiem a jego kontrahentami w w/w transakcjach.
