Traugutta (budynek City 2) we Wrocławiu. Zgodnie z komunikacją strategiczną Zarządu Archicom, Grupa Archicom jako część Grupy Echo przejmuje rolę podmiotu wyspecjalizowanego w budowie i sprzedaży mieszkań. Wszelka działalność komercyjna jest pozostałością po wcześniejszym kierunku strategicznym Grupy i jest przeznaczona do jak najszybszej sprzedaży, stanowi działalność zaniechaną Grupy. Grupa Archicom nie nabywa gruntów pod inwestycje komercyjne (w tym biurowe) i nie planuje rozwoju inwestycji komercyjnych na obecnie posiadanych działkach. Budynek City 2 jest zatem ostatnim aktywem związanym z segmentem biurowym, który został zbudowany, wynajęty i wobec którego są podejmowane aktywne działania zmierzające do jego rychłej sprzedaży.
