Der Konzernabschluss von VERBUND wurde gemäß § 245a (1) Unternehmensgesetzbuch (UGB) in Übereinstimmung mit den International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), wie sie in der Europäischen Union anzuwenden sind, aufgestellt. Dabei wurden auch die zusätzlichen Anforderungen des § 245a (1) UGB erfüllt. Den Jahresabschlüssen der in den Konzernabschluss einbezogenen Tochterunternehmen liegen einheitliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden zugrunde. Der Bilanzstichtag aller vollkonsolidierten Tochterunternehmen ist der 31. Dezember 2024.
