Mit Wirksamkeit vom 12. Juli 2024 wurde die Eiche Projektentwicklungs GmbH samt den Töchtern (Eiche Holding GmbH & Co KG, Eiche Eins GmbH & Co KG, Eiche Zwei GmbH & Co KG, Eiche Drei GmbH & Co KG, ILLICIUM GmbH & Co KG und RUMEX GmbH & Co KG) durch die EAU Eichenstraße Projektentwicklungs GmbH erworben und in der Folge ein Geschäftsanteil in Höhe von 30 % an der EAU Eichenstraßen Projektentwicklungs GmbH wirtschaftlich an die UBM Development Österreich GmbH übertragen. Die Gesellschaften werden gemeinschaftlich mit der UBM Development Österreich GmbH geführt, die Beteiligung wird nach der at-equity-Methode bilanziert.
