Unsicherheiten bestehen im Bereich des mindestens einmal jährlich verpflichtend durchzuführenden Werthaltigkeitstests der Firmenwerte, weil bei der hierbei angewandten Discounted Cash Flow–Methode die zu erwartenden Cashflows, nachhaltige Wachstumsraten sowie ein adäquater gewichteter Kapital-kostensatz (WACC) heranzuziehen sind.
