Vuoden 2024 toisella neljänneksellä F-Secure allekirjoitti uuden vuokrasopimuksen pääkonttorin toimitiloista. Tämä kirjataan taseeseen käyttöoikeusomaisuuseräksi ja vuokravelaksi kesän 2025 aikana vuokrakauden alkaessa, mutta vuokrasitoumus on jo olemassa sopimuksen myötä. Neljän vuoden sopimuksen arvo on 5,1 miljoonaa euroa.
