En date du 14 décembre 2023 SCBSM a signé une convention de « prêt à impact » d’un montant de 10 M€ amortissable sur 5 ans. Ce financement est le premier crédit bancaire corporate du Groupe sans garantie, il a pour objet le financement de la démarche ESG du Groupe. Dans cette optique le Groupe a mandaté la société Ethifinance en vue de sa notation ISR au cours des 5 prochaines années. A titre incitatif le taux du prêt est bonifié en fonction des performances ESG du Groupe pouvant atteindre une bonification pour la dernière année de 40bps. La première notation est intervenue en mai 2024 au titre de l’exercice précédent. Le score ESG obtenu par SCBSM est de 52/100.
