Ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der STRABAG SE vom 18.6.2021 wurde beschlossen durch Einziehung von 7.400.000 Stück eigener Aktien mit einem anteiligen Betrag am Grundkapital von € 7.400.000,00 das Grundkapital von € 110.000.000,00 gemäß Art. 9 Abs. 1 SE-VO i. V. m § 192 Abs. 3. Z 2. und Abs. 4 AktG vereinfacht herabzusetzen.
