Die PORR Gruppe hält zur Erzielung von Mieteinnahmen und zum Zwecke der Wertsteigerung als Finanzinvestition gehaltene Immobilien (folgend als Finanzimmobilien bezeichnet). Hierzu zählen Büro- und Geschäftsgebäude, Wohnbauten sowie unbebaute Grundstücke. Zum Stichtag wurden keine Buchwerte der Finanzimmobilien durch einen externen Gutachter bewertet (Vorjahr: TEUR 28.470).
