Modern Slavery Statement

Fiscal Year 2025

1. Our Commitment

FINANCIALREPORTS PTE. LTD. ("FinancialReports") has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We maintain robust systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.

2. Our Business & Structure

FinancialReports is a digital data infrastructure provider specializing in global financial market intelligence. As a software-as-a-service (SaaS) and data API company, our physical supply chain is focused but critical. Our operations are primarily office-based and digital, with staff and contractors located in Singapore, Europe, and globally distributed remote locations.

3. Supply Chain Risk Assessment

As a technology company, our supply chain consists mainly of:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS)
  • Hardware & Infrastructure: (e.g., Servers, laptops, and networking equipment)
  • Software Services: (e.g., Development tools, CRM, Analytics)
  • Professional Services: (e.g., Legal counsel, Accountants)

We consider the risk of modern slavery within our Tier-1 software supply chain to be low. However, we recognize the inherent risks in the global hardware manufacturing supply chain. We prioritize procurement from established hardware vendors with transparent auditing processes and conflict mineral policies.

4. Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We operate the following internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner:

  • Fair Compensation & Remote Work Policy: We are committed to ensuring that all employees and independent contractors, regardless of location, are paid a fair living wage that meets or exceeds local legal standards. We strictly prohibit the use of exploitative "digital sweatshop" labor practices.
  • Recruitment Policy: We operate a robust recruitment policy, including conducting eligibility-to-work checks for all employees to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.
  • Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all employees, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, our organization.
  • Code of Business Conduct: Our code explains the manner in which we behave as an organization and how we expect our employees and suppliers to act.
