The Company was notified today, that Mr David Buffham's wife, Jaqueline Buffham, has today purchased 6,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 162.2p per share.

Following this transaction Mr Buffham and his wife are interested in 18,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
