ZWIPE AS - Registration of Share Capital Increase

OSLO, NORWAY– 18 February 2021- The share capital increase of 21,832 new shares in Zwipe AS, as resolved by the board meeting of the company on 19 January 2021, has today been registered in the NorwegianRegister of Business Enterprises. The new share capital is NOK 3,292,840.80, and the new number ofshares and votes is 32,928,408.
