Zwipe AS - Registration of share capital increase

OSLO, NORWAY - 09 October 2020- The share capital increase pertaining to the

333,333 new shares in the Private Placement allocated to the chair of the board

of directors, Jörgen Lantto, as resolved by the board of directors of Zwipe AS

on 7 September 2020 and approved by the extraordinary general meeting on 29

September 2020, has today been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises. The new share capital is NOK 3,190,657.60, and the new number

of shares and votes is 31,906,576.
