The board of directors of Zwipe AS (Zwipe or the Company) has, based on the authorization provided by the Company's extraordinary general meeting on 14 April 2019, resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 708.30, from NOK 1,594,620.50 to NOK 1,595,328.80, by issuance of 7,083 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10. The shares were subscribed for by Orlando Martinez, the previous COO of the Company who left the Company on 30 April 2019, against a payment of NOK 10 per share.

The share capital increase was registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on 26 July 2019. Following the share capital increase, Zwipe has a share capital of NOK 1,595,328.80, divided on 15,953,288 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
