OSLO, NORWAY - 22 February 2022- The share capital increase of 384,000 new

shares in Zwipe AS, as resolved by the board meeting of the company on 20

January 2022, has today been registered in the Norwegian?Register of Business

Enterprises. The new share capital is NOK 3,736,668.50, and the new number of

shares and votes are 37,266,685.
