by Zwipe AS (the "Company") on 7?January 2021 at 16:29 of an extraordinary

general meeting in the Company scheduled to be held on 28?January 2021 at 10:00

CET. Due to the recent increase in the applicable Covid-19 restrictions, the

Company has decided that the meeting will be held with only digital

participation. No physical participation will be facilitated.
