Dornbirn (pta019/23.01.2015/18:00) - January 23, 2015 - Zumtobel Group AG (VSE: ZAG) has been informed concerning a change in the number of Zumtobel shares owned by Delta Lloyd NV and its subsidiaries. As of January 20, 2015, Delta Lloyd NV reported a holding of 2,127,722 shares in Zumtobel Group AG or 4.89% of the issued shares (43,500,000), thereby fell below the 5% voting rights threshold on said date. Delta Lloyd NV holds these shares in following funds: Delta Lloyd Europees Deelnemingen Fonds, Delta Lloyd L European Participation Fund.
