Dornbirn (pta008/07.06.2013/09:00) - June 06, 2013 - Zumtobel AG (VSE: ZAG) has been informed concerning a change in the number of Zumtobel shares owned by FMR LLC. As of June 6, 2013, FMR LLC reported a holding of 1,709,084 shares in Zumtobel AG or 3,93% of the issued shares (43,500.000), thereby crossing the 4% voting rights threshold on said date.
