Zumtobel AG: FMR LLC (Fidelity) holds more than 4% of Zumtobel stock

Dornbirn (pta013/06.08.2013/08:30) - Zumtobel AG (VSE: ZAG) has been informed concerning a change in the number of Zumtobel shares owned by FMR LLC. As of August 1, 2013, FMR LLC reported a holding of 1,756,040 shares in Zumtobel AG or 4.04% of the issued shares (43,500.000), thereby crossing the 4% voting rights threshold on said date. FMR LLC holds these shares in following funds: Fidelity Management & Research Company, Pyramis Global Advisors LLC, Pyramis Global Advisors Trust Company.
