Dornbirn (pta028/05.09.2013/18:00) - September 05, 2013 - Zumtobel AG (VSE: ZAG) has been informed concerning a change in the number of Zumtobel shares owned by FMR LLC. As of September 3, 2013. FMR LLC reported a holding of 1,706,525 shares in Zumtobel AG or 3,92% of the issued shares (43,500.000), thereby crossing the 4% voting rights threshold on said date.
