Dornbirn (pta006/28.11.2013/07:00) - Zumtobel AG (VSE: ZAG) has been informed concerning a change in the number of Zumtobel shares owned by FMR LLC. As of November 26, 2013, FMR LLC reported a holding of 1,730,954 shares in Zumtobel AG or 3.98% of the issued shares (43,500,000), thereby crossing the 4% voting rights threshold on said date.
