Dornbirn (pta/17.05.2011/15:00) - May 17, 2011 - Zumtobel AG (VSE: ZAG) has been informed concerning a change in the number of Zumtobel shares owned by FMR LLC. As of May 13, 2011, FMR LLC reported a holding of 4,346,825 shares in Zumtobel AG or 9.99% of the issued shares (43,500.000), through Fidelity Management & Research Company, Pyramis Global Advisors LLC und Pyramis Global Advisors Trust Company.
