Zumtobel Group AG: Auditors Supervisory Authority applies for reappointment of the auditor
Dornbirn (pta009/10.01.2020/10:45) - The Auditors Supervisory Authority (APAB - Abschlussprüferaufsichtsbehörde) has informed the Zumtobel Group AG that it has filed an application with the Feldkirch Regional Court for the appointment of an auditor other than the auditor elected by the Annual General Meeting. In the view of the APAB, there would be a formal reason for exclusion with respect to the elected auditor. The Management Board of the Zumtobel Group AG is of the opinion that the election of the auditor by the Annual General Meeting and its subsequent appointment was arranged in accordance with all legal requirements, which is confirmed by two legal expert opinions that were obtained. The Zumtobel Group AG will therefore defend its legal position accordingly in the proceeding before the Feldkirch Regional Court."
