Directors' Shareholdings

The Company announces that on 30 March 2015 the Executive Directors were granted the following restricted awards over the Company's 5p Ordinary Shares under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP') and Deferred Bonus Share Plan ('DBSP'):
