NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PDMRs

On 11 June 2018 the Company received notification from the Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') Trustee (Yorkshire Building Society) that on 11 June 2018 the following Directors became beneficially interested in the number of ordinary shares of 5 pence in the Company under the Zotefoams Share Incentive Plan as detailed below.  The shares were purchased at a price of £5.7175 per share.

The table sets out the number of shares purchased and the number of matching shares that were allocated for nil consideration.
