David Stirling, Managing Director, notified the Company on 6 August 2015 that he transferred 10,568 shares in the Company into his ISA by selling them at a price of 291.15p and buying them back at 290.75p per share.  The total number of shares held by Mr Stirling and his connected persons remains unchanged at 353,968 (0.81% of the issued share capital).
