Directors' Shareholdings

On 4 April 2015, the Executive Directors listed below became absolutely entitled to Ordinary Shares of 5p ('Shares') each in the capital of the Company, as a result of awards vesting under the Zotefoams 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP').

Awards granted under the LTIP vest subject to the satisfaction of performance targets at the end of a three year period.  The level of vesting for awards granted in 2012 was 66.0%, which was then increased to reflect the dividends paid during the performance period.
