Director's Share Dealings

Clifford Hurst, Finance Director, notified the Company on 15 August 2013 that, on 13 August 2013, he transferred 16,130 shares in the Company into his ISA by selling them at a price of 198p share and buying them back at 198.2p per share.  The total number of shares held by Mr Hurst and his wife remains unchanged at 248,359 (0.6% of the issued share capital).
