Director's Share Dealings

Clifford Hurst, Finance Director, notified the Company on 3 June 2013 that his wife, Dr D F Watt, on 31 May 2013 transferred 7,067 shares in the Company into her ISA by selling them at a price of 197p and buying them back at 197.5p per share.  The total number of shares held by Mr Hurst and his wife remains unchanged at 248,359 (0.6% of the issued share capital).
