21.12.2021 tarihli özel durum açıklamamıza istinaden, Şirketimizin %100 bağlı ortaklığı Zorlu Doğal Elektrik Üretimi AŞ'nin Denizli ili Sarayköy ilçesinde işletmekte olduğu 80 MWm / 80 MWe kurulu güce sahip Kızıldere 2 Jeotermal Enerji Santrali'nin mevcut üretim lisansı jeotermal enerji santraline entegre olarak güneş enerjisinden elektrik üretmek amacıyla 91,995 MWm / 80,00 MWe gücünde Birleşik Yenilenebilir Elektrik Üretim Tesisi (Ana Kaynak JES + Yardımcı Kaynak GES) olarak tadil edilmiştir. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 21.12.2021, EMRA has approved the application of Zorlu Doğal Elektrik Üretimi AŞ, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Zorlu Enerji, to amend the generation license of its Kızıldere 2 GPP for increasing the power plant's installed capacity from 80 MWm / 80 MWe to 91.995 MWm / 80.00 MWe for the purpose of establishing a solar power plant to be integrated to the existing GPP, as a result of which, the facility will operate as a hybrid renewable power plant and generate electricity from both geothermal and solar energy (Main Source: Geothermal + Secondary Source: Solar) and the license has been amended accordingly.
