03.01.2022 tarihli özel durum açıklamamıza istinaden; Şirketimizin %100 dolaylı bağlı ortaklığı Rotor Elektrik Üretim AŞ'nin Osmaniye ili, Bahçe ilçesinde işletmekte olduğu 135 MWm/135 MWe kurulu güce sahip Gökçedağ Rüzgar Enerji Santrali'nin mevcut üretim lisansı rüzgar enerji santraline entegre olarak güneş enerjisinden elektrik üretmek amacıyla 160,209 MWm / 150,6 MWe gücünde Birleşik Yenilenebilir Elektrik Üretim Tesisi (Ana Kaynak Rüzgar + Yardımcı Kaynak GES) olarak tadil edilmiştir. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 03.01.2022, EMRA has approved the application of Rotor Elektrik Üretim AŞ, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Zorlu Enerji, to amend the generation license of its existing Gökçedağ WPP for increasing the power plant's installed capacity from 135 MWm / 135 Mwe to 160.209 MWm / 150.6 MWe for the purpose of establishing a solar power plant to be integrated to the existing WPP, as a result of which, the facility will operate as a hybrid renewable power plant and generate electricity from both wind and solar energy (Main Source: Wind + Secondary Source: Solar) and the license has been amended accordingly. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
