Yönetim Kurulu 5.12.2025 tarihinde, 29.05.2025 tarihinde kurulan Sürdürülebilirlik Komitesi'nin üye sayısının üç olarak tespiti suretiyle, mevcut üyelere ek olarak Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Cem Mengi'nin komite üyeliğine seçilmesine karar vermiştir.
