Additional Explanations

At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on 26.05.2025 for the fiscal year 2024, shareholders were informed within the framework of the Board of Directors' proposal dated 28/04/2025 and 2025/21 , that no dividend distribution would be made due to the existence of a loss for the period, considering the legal records of our Company kept within the scope of the Tax Procedure Law and the consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the CMB legislation .
