Zooz Power – Rights Offering

1. On Wednesday, April 3, 2024, Zooz Power (Security ID 1174184 / ISIN IL0011741845) will be traded ex-rights (the rights are a right to a share that is not registered for trading, which can be redeemed for the company's shares).

2. The base price for trading ex-rights will be calculated based on the value of the compensation per share as calculated and published by the company on April 2, 2024 (as of March 25, 2024, the value of the compensation per share was NIS 3.19).
