Shareholder Update - Termination of Agreement with Horizon Healthcare Solutions Pty Limited

Goldsearch Limited (ASX: GSE) - On 9 July 2014 Goldsearch announced the transaction with Horizon Healthcare Solutions Pty Limited (HHS). On 11 August 2014 GSE provided an update in relation to that transaction.

GSE has now completed its due diligence investigations and decided not to proceed with the transactions.

GSE provided a notice of termination to HHS on 2 October 2014 terminating any further obligations under the agreement with HHS.

GSE is currently negotiating an alternative transaction and will provide an update should a transaction proceed in that regard.
