Notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act

This notice is provided by Goldsearch Limited for the purposes of Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 ( Corporations Act ).

For the purposes of Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, as modified by ASIC Class Order 09/425, the Company gives notice of the following in respect of shares that will be issued under its proposed Share Purchase Plan announced on 8 December 2014 (Shares):

1. The Shares will be issued without disclosure to investors in accordance with Part 6D of the Corporations Act.

2. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:

3. (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to it; and

4. (b) Section 674 of the Corporations Act.

5. There is no excluded information, as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, as at the date of this notice.
