Goldsearch Limited (ASX: GSE) - On 8 October 2014 Goldsearch announced a transaction with National Health Services Pty Limited (NHS).

On 19 December 2014 GSE provided a notice of termination to NHS terminating any further obligations under the agreement with NHS.

GSE is currently negotiating an alternative transaction and will provide an update should a transaction proceed in this regard.
