RE: APPOINTMENT OF SENIOR GEOLOGIST

The directors of Goldsearch Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Erik Conaghan as Senior Geologist. Mr. Conaghan will supervise the Company’s projects, liaise with joint venture parties, and evaluate new projects and opportunities .

Mr Conaghan brings to the Company over thirteen years of experience in hard rock mineral exploration spanning five countries across four continents. He has worked for a number of ASX and TSX listed junior and mid-tier exploration and production companies, and is familiar with all facets of the exploration cycle from grass roots through to resource definition.

Of particular relevance to the Company’s current project portfolio, Mr. Conaghan has experience in nickel sulphide projects in eastern Africa, over six years working on Mount Isa style copper and IOGC±U systems in the Mount Isa Inlier (with MIM/ Xstrata) and Canada (for Fronteer Gold and Aurora Energy Resources), and with lode-style gold and porphyry copper deposits in Fiji, eastern Australia and Argentina.

Mr Conaghan is a member of the AIG and SEG and will be the Company’s qualified person under the JORC Code. He replaces Mr Heath Hellewell who has taken up a new role. The directors thank Mr Hellewell for his dedication and contribution to the Company and wish him well in his new position.
