Issue of Equity

The Company announces that 679,945 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued to the following directors of the Company in accordance with the terms of their service contracts:

Application has been made for the admission to AIM ("Admission") of 679,945 new Ordinary Shares, being the total number of shares issued.

The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares, and dealing is expected to commence on 13 December 2018.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will be 400,236,646 Ordinary Shares. This figure of 400,236,646 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
