Transaction in Own Shares and Director Dealing

7digital (AIM:7DIG), the digital music and radio services company, announces that on 22 January 2016, the Company transferred 124,642 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Transfers") out of treasury as follows:

-      90,256 Ordinary Shares in respect of the payment of an employee bonus, of which Simon Cole, Chief Executive Officer, received 27,895 Ordinary Shares and Pete Downton, Executive Director, received 16,281 Ordinary Shares;

-      19,298 Ordinary Shares owed to Anne De Kerckhove under the contractual terms of her role as Non-Executive Director of the Company; and

-      15,088 Ordinary Shares owed to Mark Foster under the contractual terms of his role as Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Following the Transfers, the revised shareholdings of the Directors who have received transferred shares, Simon Cole, Pete Downton, Anne de Kerckhove and Mark Foster's, are as follows:

Following this transfer, the Company will have 108,431,517 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are now 79,055 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in 7digital is 108,352,462. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
