7digital (AIM: 7DIG), the global leader in B2B end-to-end digital music solutions, announces that Michael Juskiewicz, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 July 2021 at a price of $0.0129 per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Juskiewicz has an interest in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
