7digital (AIM:7DIG), the B2B digital music and radio services company, announces that it has been notified that the following executive directors of the Company have, on 23nd September 2016, purchased a further 285,252 ordinary shares  of 10 pence ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 5.015 pence per Ordinary Share. The additional shares were acquired pursuant to the Directors and Institutions being significantly scaled back in a placing of stock that was announced on 22 September, due to excess demand.

Following the Purchase, Simon Cole is beneficially interested in 2,481,046 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.14% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following the Purchase, Matt Honey is beneficially interested in 200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
