Transaction in Own Shares & Director Dealing

7digital (AIM:7DIG), the digital music and radio services company, announces that on 9 July 2015, the Company transferred 158,469 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Transfers") out of treasury as follows:

-      1,803 Ordinary Shares in respect of the payment of an employee bonus;

-      75,188 Ordinary Shares to each of Imagination Technologies Limited and Dolby International AB in lieu of fees for their Non-Executive representation on the Board of 7digital;

-      4,135 Ordinary Shares owed to Anne De Kerckhove under the contractual terms of her role as Non-Executive Director of the Company; and

-      2,155 Ordinary Shares owed to Mark Foster under the contractual terms of his role as Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Following the Transfers, Anne de Kerckhove and Mark Foster's revised shareholdings in the Company are as follows:

Following the Transfers, the Company will have 108,431,517 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are now 347,806 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in 7digital is 108,083,711. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
