Board Change

7digital (AIM:7DIG), the digital music and radio services company, announces that Sir Hossein Yossaie has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company.

Sir Hossein vacates his seat on the board with immediate effect, following his resignation as Chief Executive Officer at Imagination Technologies Group plc.

Sir Don Cruickshank, non-executive chairman of 7digital, commented: "We would like to thank Hossein for his years of service to 7digital. His contribution and experience have been invaluable to the company."
