Result of Annual General Meeting

7digital (AIM:7DIG), the global leader in B2B end-to-end digital music solutions, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today were successfully passed to uphold the new strategy of the Board.

Resolution 2, concerning the election of John Aalbers, was withdrawn at the meeting. John Aalbers stepped down as Director of the Company and from his role as Chief Executive Officer on 18 July 2019.

The number of proxies received in respect of the Resolutions were as follows:
