On May 6, 2021, Zoetis Inc. (the Company) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the first quarter of 2021 and increasing its guidance for full year 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
