• Sale or transfer or othewise dispose off whole or part of Company's investments/shareholding in Zodiac Developers Private Limited, subsidiary company

The closure of the.trading window for trading in the securities of the Company for all Directors and designated employees of the Company will remain in effect until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board meeting to be held on 15" December 2021.
