fuRTHER DELAY IN INTERIM RESuLTS ANNOuNCEMENT AND DESpATCH Of INTERIM REpORT

Reference is made to the announcement of Birmingham International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) date 29 February 2012 in relation to delay in interim results announcement.

The board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Directors”) of the Company announces that there will be a further delay in the release and publication of the interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2011.

The Board wishes to inform shareholders of the Company that due to the delay in finalising the financial statements of the Group for the six months ended 31 December 2011 (the “Interim Results”), announcement for the Interim Results will be delayed to 31 August 2012. Meanwhile, despatch of the Interim Report will be delayed to no later than 15 September 2012.
