CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Birmingham International Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 17 December 2013 (the “ Announcement ”) in respect of the appointment of an executive director of the Company and appointment of independent non-executive directors of the Company.

The Company would like to clarify that Mr. Panagiotis Pavlakis is interested in 380,000 shares of the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
